When something breaks, you tell us. We decide who needs to attend, arrange it, chase it, check it was done, and handle the invoice. You find out it's fixed.
Where you already have contractors you're happy with, we can manage them rather than replace them. There's no requirement to tear up arrangements that work — the value is in someone owning the coordination, not in changing every supplier.
Where you don't, we source and vet them, check their insurance and certification, and hold them to the response times in your contract.

Common questions.
How is this priced?
A fixed monthly management fee, plus the cost of works and supplies at agreed rates. We show you both separately — you can always see what a job actually cost versus what we charged to manage it.
Do you cover multiple sites?
Yes, and it's where the arrangement pays for itself fastest. Reporting is broken down per site so you can see which locations are costing you money.
What are the response times?
Agreed per contract and per category — an emergency affecting your ability to trade is treated differently from a slow-draining sink. We set those out in the proposal rather than leaving them vague.
Are your contractors insured and qualified?
We verify insurance, qualifications and certification before a contractor works on your site, and we keep those records current. You can ask to see them at any point.
Can we keep our current cleaning company?
Yes. We'll manage them under your existing arrangement, or renegotiate on your behalf if you'd rather. Either way you stop being the one making the phone calls.
